Sensitive personal information includes account credentials, precise geolocation, or other information defined as sensitive under the CPRA. Vertical does not use sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by law.

California residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information by emailing developer@verticalinc.ai with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.” We will honor opt-out preference signals where required by law.
10. Mobile App Privacy Disclosures
Our mobile applications may collect identifiers, contact information, financial information, usage data, diagnostics, and user-generated content. This data is used for app functionality, account management, analytics, customer support, security, and legal compliance.
Data collected through our apps is not sold. Some data may be shared with service providers for analytics, cloud hosting, AI processing, and payment processing, consistent with this policy.
