Vertical AI Inc ("Vertical," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you in accordance with applicable United States federal and state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CPRA").

Personal information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked with an individual or household.
Sensitive personal information includes account credentials and login information, including access tokens for social media accounts you connect to the Services, or other information defined as sensitive under the CPRA. Vertical does not use sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by law.
4. Collection of Information
We collect personal information through account registration, use of the Services, communications, billing and payment information, cookies, analytics tools, and the third-party social media accounts and integrations you connect to the Services.
5. Use of Information
We use personal information to provide and improve the Services, create and publish content on your behalf, generate analytics and recommendations, communicate with users, process payments, ensure security, comply with law, conduct analytics, operate artificial intelligence models, and for internal business purposes.
6. Disclosure
We may disclose personal information to service providers (including cloud hosting, analytics, AI processing, and payment processors), affiliates, legal authorities, and business successors as permitted by law. We do not sell personal information. We may share limited personal information for analytics or cross-context behavioral advertising, which California residents may opt out of.

We use cookies and Google Analytics. You may control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics via Google's browser plugin.

9. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
California residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information by emailing privacy@verticalinc.ai with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share." We will honor opt-out preference signals where required by law.
10. Connected Social Media Accounts
To provide the Services, you may connect third-party social media accounts (such as Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Reddit). When you connect an account, we collect and store the access tokens provided through that platform's authorization process, along with content, analytics, audience information, and engagement data the platform makes available to us on your behalf. We use this information solely to operate the Services you have requested — creating, scheduling, and publishing content, generating analytics, monitoring mentions, and providing recommendations. You may disconnect any social media account at any time, which revokes our access going forward. We do not sell this information.
11. Artificial Intelligence Processing
We use artificial intelligence services, including Google Cloud's Vertex AI, to generate, analyze, and improve content within the Services. Content and related information you submit may be processed by these services to produce outputs. We apply contractual and technical safeguards with our AI providers, and we do not permit your content to be used to train third-party public models except as disclosed to you.
12. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
13. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
14. International Transfers
We may transfer personal information to servers or service providers located outside California or the United States. Appropriate safeguards are applied where required.
15. De-identified Data
We may use and disclose de-identified or aggregated data for analytics, research, product development, and business purposes.
16. Changes
